Account & data deletion

Delete Overtorque game data, or ask The AECE Studio to remove personal information associated with you.

Effective 7 October 2026 · The AECE Studio

Request deletion from The AECE Studio

You can ask us to delete your Overtorque online profile and any personal information we hold about you, including support emails, attachments and rewarded-ad offers and receipts linked to your online profile. You do not need to install the game or sign in to make a request.

Email theaece@theaecestudio.com with the subject Overtorque data deletion request. Backup contact: theacemcquid@gmail.com.

Include your Play Games display name or player ID if you played online, so we can find the right profile, and tell us what you want removed. Use the email address you contacted us from before, if any. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

Deleting your online profile removes your display name, online level and credits, cars and items earned or bought online, race entries and results, rankings, friends and club membership, and reports you made. It forfeits online items and rewards. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription (cancel that in Google Play) and does not delete progress stored on your device.

Delete your Google Play Games data

If you used Google Play Games with Overtorque, Google provides a separate control for this game's Play Games data:

  1. Open your Google Play Games profile in a browser and sign in to the relevant Google account.
  2. Under Your data, open Delete Play Games account & data.
  3. In Delete individual game data, select Overtorque and choose Delete.

Follow Google's current instructions if the menus differ. This can remove scores, achievements and saved progress held by Play Games. It does not delete progress on your device or information held by the studio.

Delete progress stored on your device

On Android, open Settings → Apps → Overtorque → Storage & cache → Clear storage (sometimes called Clear data). Menu names vary by device. Clearing only the cache does not remove your progress.

This resets the game on that device: level, credits, cars, upgrades, records and settings are removed. It does not send a request to the studio or delete data held by Google.

What happens after a request

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. We may first ask for limited information to confirm the request concerns your data. We will delete your online profile and personal information we hold about you, including relevant support messages, unless the law requires us to keep specific records (for example purchase and tax records). If we keep anything, we will tell you what, why and for how long, unless the law prevents it.

You can turn off future usage analytics and crash reporting in the game’s Privacy settings. That switch does not erase information Google has already received. Advertising identifiers can be managed in Android settings. If your request concerns Firebase or advertising data, tell us which service it concerns so we can explain the applicable provider controls and any deletion we can perform. Play Games deletion does not by itself delete Firebase or AdMob data.

Website logs are deleted within 15 days and relay connection logs within 30 days. Google-held information follows Google's controls and retention. Deletion can be permanent. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete information held by another service.
