Using Neon Rush
These terms apply to Neon Rush and its official website, provided by The AECE Studio. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game and website. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms for you.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Google Play's terms and any applicable platform rules also apply when you use those services.
Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Neon Rush for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. The game, branding, software, and creative assets belong to The AECE Studio or their respective licensors. This licence does not transfer ownership to you.
You may share your own gameplay screenshots and recordings, including in monetized gameplay videos, provided you do not misrepresent an affiliation with the studio or infringe someone else's rights.
Fair play
Do not use the game or website to break the law, interfere with other players or services, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or manipulate online records through cheating. Do not redistribute or sell the game or its assets without permission. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law expressly gives you.
Progress, rewards, and third-party services
Scores, earned currency, unlocks, and upgrades are game features. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Local progress may be lost when app data is cleared, a device is lost, or software is reinstalled. Cloud features, where available, depend on your settings and the connected service; do not assume every item is backed up.
Google Play Games and other platform services are operated by their providers. Their availability, account rules, and data controls are governed by their terms. We cannot restore a deleted Google account or guarantee recovery of removed local saves. Use our account deletion page for data removal options.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the game and website usable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation. Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued. We may restrict access to online features for a material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
To the extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided as available, without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by their use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes your mandatory consumer rights.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the game changes or as required by law. Material changes will be communicated on this website or in the game where appropriate, and the effective date will be updated. If you do not accept revised terms, you can stop using the game.
