The AECE Studio provides Neon Rush, an Android game, and this website. This policy applies to the game, this website, and information you send us for support. Contact us at theaece@theaecestudio.com (primary) or theacemcquid@gmail.com (backup).
Information and how it is used
Game progress on your device
Neon Rush stores progress and preferences on your device, including scores, earned currency, unlocked jets and skins, upgrades, challenges, and sound settings. These records let the game resume your progress and display your local records. Local game records are not a separate AECE Studio account.
Google Play Games
When you use Google Play Games features in a version of Neon Rush that supports them, Google processes your Play Games identity and service data. The game can receive your player identifier, display name, and avatar to recognize your profile. Features you use may send scores, achievements, or saved progress to Google. Their availability depends on the version of the game.
Google's Play Games SDK also processes analytics and diagnostics for service reliability and improvement. Profile visibility follows your Google settings. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Play Games data disclosures. We do not receive your Google password.
Support and deletion requests
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, investigate an issue, or process your privacy request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or information unrelated to your request.
This website
Our web server receives ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, to deliver the site and troubleshoot errors. Cloudflare provides domain name services, content delivery, and protection against abusive traffic. It processes connection information and may use essential security checks and cookies for those purposes; see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. The studio does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, a sign-up form, or its own cookies to this site.
Services and sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is handled by the services needed to deliver the game, website, and support, such as Google Play Games, our hosting provider, and our email providers. Google handles its own account and platform information under its policies. Data may be processed in countries other than yours. We may disclose information if legally required or necessary to protect users and our services.
Retention and security
Local progress remains on your device until it is removed or overwritten. Android backup settings may affect whether app data is restored after reinstalling. Google retains Play Games information according to its policies and your account settings.
Our server access logs are rotated daily and kept for up to 15 days. Cloudflare handles its own service logs under its policies. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and related follow-up, or to meet a legal obligation. You can request its deletion at any time. If a legal obligation requires us to retain specific information, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period in our response, unless prohibited by law.
We use HTTPS for this website and restrict server administration. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can remove local progress, manage Google Play Games data, and request deletion of information held by the studio using our account and data deletion page. You do not need to reinstall the game to email a request.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict its processing, and complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request concerns your data. We aim to respond within 30 days and will explain if more time is needed, subject to applicable law.
We process information to provide the services you request, maintain their security and reliability, and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it through the relevant service settings or by contacting us.
Younger players
Players should follow the game's age rating and their device and Google account requirements. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the game or website. A parent or guardian can contact us to request removal of information a child has sent to support. Google family settings govern children's use of Google services.
