Using Arcvelox
These terms apply to Arcvelox and its official website, provided by The AECE Studio. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game and website. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms for you.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Google Play's terms and any applicable platform rules also apply when you use those services.
Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Arcvelox for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. The game, branding, software, and creative assets belong to The AECE Studio or their respective licensors. This licence does not transfer ownership to you.
You may share your own gameplay screenshots and recordings, including in monetized gameplay videos, provided you do not misrepresent an affiliation with the studio or infringe someone else's rights.
Fair play
Do not use the game or website to break the law, interfere with other players or services, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or manipulate online records through cheating. Do not redistribute or sell the game or its assets without permission. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law expressly gives you.
Online names, crews and reporting
Google Play Games sign-in is optional. If you choose online events or crews, you agree that your Play Games display name, event results and crew contributions may be shown to other participants. Public crew names may be listed for other pilots; invite-only crews are joined by code. The current online features use names, crew labels, scores and game results; they do not provide general player-to-player text chat. You must accept the current in-game terms before creating or joining a crew.
Do not choose, submit or use a crew name or other game-related name to impersonate another person or organization, expose someone else's personal information, harass or threaten a person, promote hate, sexual exploitation or violence, share illegal or infringing material, or spam or advertise. Do not use online features to abuse, exploit, or disrupt other players.
Use the report controls in the Event Hub to report a crew or another pilot, and the block controls to block or unblock a pilot. Blocking hides that pilot from supported online views and can prevent you from joining a crew that includes them; it does not remove their account or change an already published result. Reports are reviewed by the studio through its moderation process. We may act on a report where appropriate, but we cannot promise immediate review, removal, or a particular outcome. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, payment details, or unrelated personal information in report details. Play Games display names are controlled by Google; use Google's controls to change or report those names.
Progress, rewards and purchases
Classic runs are available without a separate AECE Studio login and are stored locally when you play without connecting Google Play Games. Local progress can be lost when app data is cleared, a device is lost, or the game is reinstalled. When you first connect, your existing local save is preserved on the device but is not merged into a new Arcvelox account. The connected account uses its server-held progress and verified online rewards. You can restore the preserved local save from the in-game Settings control; doing so pauses cloud play and online rankings. Launch Run is a separate, single-life online mode capped at 10 minutes; its run input is checked by server replay before leaderboard scoring. Not every setting or local record is synced. Use our account deletion page for the separate local, studio and provider data controls.
Scores, currency, unlocks and upgrades are virtual game items with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Purchases are optional and are offered only where Google Play shows them in your release; the price and recurring terms are shown by Google Play before confirmation. A Banner-Free subscription renews monthly unless cancelled in Google Play. Google Play controls payment, refunds, purchase history and subscription cancellation. Deleting Arcvelox account data does not cancel a subscription or erase Google-held purchase records.
Google Play Games and other platform services are operated by their providers. Their availability, account rules and data controls are governed by their terms. We cannot restore a deleted Google account or guarantee recovery of removed local saves.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the game and website usable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation. Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued. We may restrict access to online features for a material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
To the extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided as available, without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by their use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes your mandatory consumer rights.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the game changes or as required by law. Material changes will be communicated on this website or in the game where appropriate, and the effective date will be updated. If you do not accept revised terms, you can stop using the game.
