Request deletion from The AECE Studio
Arcvelox has no separate AECE Studio login. In Settings, choose DELETE ACCOUNT to open this request process. Sending the email submits a request; it does not instantly remove the account. A studio operator verifies the Play Games pilot identity before removing account-linked data, so we do not delete the wrong pilot. We may ask for your Play Games player name or ID and enough context to locate your account. Never send a password, sign-in code, payment details or access token.

For a verified request, the studio can remove the matching Arcvelox event-service profile and eligible account records, including its online wallet, progress, event entries/results, crew membership/contributions, seasonal records, prizes, and verified purchase-receipt records. This work is manually reviewed and operated. The service deletes the pilot's records while preserving other pilots' records; shared histories that involve other players may therefore continue to show information needed for their own records.
Delete Google Play Games data
Google Play Games data is held by Google, separately from the Arcvelox event service. Use Google's account controls to delete Arcvelox Play Games data, achievements or leaderboard information. The menu can change; follow Google's current instructions and choose Arcvelox under its individual-game data controls. This does not delete information held by the studio or local device saves.
Delete progress stored on your device
On Android, open Settings → Apps → Arcvelox → Storage & cache → Clear storage (sometimes called Clear data). Menu names vary by device. Clearing the cache alone does not remove your save. Clearing storage removes the local save on that device; Android backup or reconnecting an online account may restore eligible data later. This action does not submit a deletion request to the studio or Google.
Provider data, backups and what happens next
Google Play purchase history and subscriptions are managed by Google. Our studio deletion process cannot cancel a subscription or erase Google's payment records; cancel a subscription in Google Play and use Google's account controls for Google-held data.
Firebase Analytics and Performance Monitoring are separate provider services. When you connect Play Games, Arcvelox sets that verified player ID as Firebase Analytics' user ID. Performance Monitoring uses a different identifier, the Firebase installation ID. Deleting an Arcvelox event-service profile does not automatically remove data held by Firebase. For a verified request, a studio operator checks whether the relevant Firebase project/property and identifier can be reliably matched before any provider deletion request is submitted. We will explain what provider action was taken and any remaining step; a provider acknowledgement means a request was accepted, not that processing has finished. Firebase's published retention information says Performance Monitoring begins removing IP-associated events after 30 days and installation-associated/de-identified performance data after 60 days. Those provider periods are separate from studio deletion.
The event service also has local daily database backups and owner-controlled off-site and pre-deployment copies. The studio operator must find and sanitize matching records in retained copies and their applicable revisions; this is a separate, manual step. We do not mark a request complete based only on deleting the live database row. Some provider processing or legal retention may continue; where that applies, we will explain the remaining action or retention period.
We aim to respond to studio deletion requests within 30 days. This is a response target, not a promise that every provider or backup copy will finish erasing data within that time. We may ask for limited information to verify the request. Signing out, uninstalling or clearing app data does not delete all the separate online/provider records described above.
